Remember, we match JobSeekers and Companies for FREE. Once a JobSeeker receives, reviews and apply to your ad, you will receive an email notifying you of a JobSeeker interest. You will have the opportunity to review the candidate's profile, and if interested short-list him/her.
By doing so, you will send your JobAdvertiser's contact details and the candidate will contact you. All FREE of charge.
Deep Skills Candidates for $27.50 (incl. tax)
After filling out your FREE personal profile (JobSeeker) or FREE Advertisement (Companies or Recruiting Agencies), you will have the option to further your search criteria by completing a Skills Matrix.
The Skills Matrix cover each of the department listed in the image below and address the following areas across 6 levels of expertise:
- People Skills
- Technical Skills
- Technology Skills
- Industry Skills
The goal of the Skills Matrix is for JobSeekers and Companies to meet each others expectations and dramatically reduce the recruiting process cycle time.
